This Business Management pathway assists students in obtaining the skills and resources for effective career, educational, and life planning. The second level course includes completion of an internship. Through projects, job simulations, and work-based learning activities, students explore who they are, what their options are, and prepare for their path after high school.

Level 1: Culinary Arts 1
Level 2: Farm to Table (UC ‘g’ elective credit)
In this three-year pathway students learn cooking skills and techniques. They also discover how to create meals within Napa County’s food growing seasons, and are introduced to basic organic gardening techniques. The pathway operates as a catering business, allowing students to gain real work-place experience.
Level 1: Sports Medicine 1 (UC biology ‘d’ lab credit)
Level 2: Sports Medicine 2 (UC ‘g’ elective credit)
Training includes sports medicine, anatomy and physiology, athletic injuries and their evaluation, rehabilitation, Kinesiology, the athletic injury cycle, prevention of athletic injury, nutrition, pharmacology, and Athletic Training Room procedures. The third level course includes an internship and further professional certifications.
Sustainable Construction |Instructor: Chuck Peckinpaugh
Level 1: Construction Technology I (UC ‘g’ elective credit)
Level 2: Construction Technology II (UC ‘g’ elective credit)
The pathway provides learning opportunities for careers in construction and building design, performance, sustainability, millwork, finish carpentry, and furniture making. Upon completion of units in the pathway, students who successfully pass the National Center for Construction Education & Research examinations can earn certifications.
